ComNet provide Damage Assessments and by utilizing Xactimate XactWare, we provide estimates for medium to large size

projects.  Our team consist of:

Ten (10) Scope Damage Assessment Representatives covering the Gulf South

Twelve (12) Xactimate Writers, writing and creating estimates and insurance claims appeal. 

ComNet Certification Program along with partner, Southern University:

ComNet is the Creator and Owner of the program “Creating Neighborhood Developers”. This is a program creating by Eric Porter and teamed up with Southern University EDA Center for Entrepreneurs. This program is an eight-week curriculum that teaches anybody how to become a neighborhood developer. We have graduated over 240 students within the last 4 years. The students have to pass an exam after six week and upon passing, they will receive a “Creating Sustainable Neighborhood Developer” certificate, which is recognize by The Louisiana Housing Corporation. We are a member of the University Economic Development Association  (UEDA) and the program won the overall best program at the UEDA conference in October, 2018. We are proud of this national award-winning program.
